After 23 years, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Brush Fire Studio. As a result of the pandemic, this past year has been incredibly challenging for my business. Considering that the lease is expiring at the end of January 2021, I felt it was a logical decision, especially considering the ongoing uncertainty with respect to group gatherings.
My intention is that Brush Fire will re-invent itself by offering pop-up workshops and participating in various craft markets and gift shows throughout next summer and beyond, when the pandemic finally ends.
It’s been an absolute privilege to serve so many of you for the past two decades and I hope you’ve enjoyed creating your own masterpieces, painting with friends and family, coming to birthday parties, bachelorette parties or corporate events. I’ve really loved hosting all of your creative pursuits at Brush Fire over the years.
Here’s what you need to know in terms of upcoming dates and deadlines:
- The studio is open limited daily hours by appointment only to pick-up pottery-to-go kits over the holidays and we’ve got tons of great pieces still available. Call (204) 475-1213 or email today for your last chance to paint your own Picasso!
- The absolute last day to have your pieces fired in our kilns is Saturday January 9, 2021.
- Final pick-up will be between Tuesday January 12th and Saturday January 16th.
- Outstanding gift cards can be redeemed before Saturday January 9, 2021.
