Payment of all orders are to be made by Master Card or VISA at time of placing the order. All orders are processed in CDN funds. Exchange rates will be calculated based on the Bank of Canada as posted the date of the purchase
Taxes not included. Taxes will be calculated once billing and shipping information has been entered. 5% GST is charged on all orders billed in Canada. In addition to GST, 7% PST is charged on all orders billed in Manitoba.
All pieces are hand painted to order. We will contact you via email with an approximate shipping date at the time of your order placement. We ship only to locations in Canada and the United States. Your package will be shipped using one of the following carriers: Canada Post priority mail, UPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling costs are $20 per piece for shipment in Canada and $25 per piece for orders in the U.S. All duty, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer
PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERIES IMMEDIATELY! If any piece you order is damaged in shipping, just notify us by email or by phone at 1-204-475-1213 within 7 days and we will arrange to ship a replacement to you in exchange for the damaged piece. Please save packing materials in case inspection is required.
(Please note: damaged pieces must be shipped back to the studio before a replacement piece will be issued.)
